Like the neighboring Southwest Heights, the Pajarito area is on the mesa west of Coors Rd. There has been much less development here, and there are few homes on the market at any given time. Manufactured housing is definitely an option here, and vacant land for building is readily available. Prices ara generally quite low, with proeprties selling in the $100'000s or below.
